There are multiple yous
Since the multiverse is infinite there are different versions of us out there. Some are bad and some are good. We want to be a part of the best universe and to make it possible we need to change ourselves for the better. We cannot waste time and energy on meaningless things, otherwise an average universe is what we will be building. Never give up, always fight and become who you are meant to be.

Your body is important
Your body is one of the most important things you own. Whenever you eat something that is bad and unhealthy you are disrespecting yourself. Whenever you drink something that should not be inside of you in the first place you are telling yourself that you are not important enough to take care of. Love yourself, take care of yourself, don’t damage your body for the sake of pleasure. How your body looks tells us a great deal of what's happening inside of your soul and head. The inside influences the outside and vice versa, take care of how you think of yourself, if you think you are insignificant and small then you won't care about yourself much, but if you think you deserve the best there is then you will start treating yourself as you should be.

Focus on the fundamentals
When learning and practicing the fundamentals must be mastered. There’s no point in advancing on to the next stage if you don’t master the fundamentals. There are two big enemies when we try to learn the basics over and over again. Boredom and pride. When we are bored with learning the fundamentals it means that we are doing something wrong and we need to change the way we are doing things. Pride tells us “I already know this, let’s skip to the fun part” or “I’m above or better than this”. It doesn’t matter if mastering the fundamentals takes one month or 2 years, there’s no point in going further if you haven’t covered the basics. Of course this is all easier said than done.

Fail as much as you can
Fail. Fail as much as you can. The more you fail the more you learn. Become a pro at failing. You can fail 1000 but you just need to succeed only once to make a difference. Never give up and you will see that eventually after failing many times you will succeed, it is just a matter of persistence and time. Do not let that feeling of failure discourage you from continuing whatever you are pursuing. Be happy that you failed, worse than failure is not trying. The more failures something takes until you succeed the better the reward will feel once you do win and get what you want. Never tried, never failed, remember that.

Save your attention
The first thing you do after waking up should not be using your phone, once you grab it and start seeing the notifications etc. you will be in airplane mode. Your attention is one of the most valuable things you possess, do not waste it on your phone after waking up. If you do use your phone right after waking up you will spend mental energy and time, that’s not a good way to start a day. My advice would be to not set up a specific time but set up a specific feeling, after you reach a certain feeling of not using the phone for long enough you can use it. It is much better than keeping track of time and telling yourself “I will only use my phone after x amount of time”.

Happiness is inside not outside the body
The more we are dependent on content, food, beverages, stimulants, drugs, things that are outside of the body. The more you need it to feel fulfilled and happy. If happiness is outside of your body then you will be unhappy with what you find within you. This is why asceticism works. People who quit all sorts of pleasures and have nothing left to tickle their dopamine suddenly feel happy just by being alive. What I’m trying to say is that the more things you need that are outside of your body the harder it will be to satisfy your desires.

Don't focus too much on material things
You know what's awesome? Being alive and being sober. With no clouds in your mind from abusing your own internal dopamine reward system. What's the point of feeling good if you sell your soul to something outside of yourself. Remember, when you die you take nothing but yourself to the grave, no material things will be taken. So there’s not a lot of sense in focusing on accumulating material things to the extreme. What is important is to focus on things that have value within us.

Complaining will not solve anything
We must remind ourselves that life is not against us, it is simply there. The world is not against us, it merely exists and you are in it. So there’s no point in complaining really, a good habit to develop would be to not complain about your problems to people and to your own self. If you start complaining in your head you need to cut it, it's really not useful at all and it just drains your energy and time. We need to be strong and not turn into victims of circumstance. Considering that humans have a negativity bias and we put more weight into negative things that happen in our own lives this is a very hard thing to do. So be attentive to your own thoughts and don’t let your inner voice complain. There are no problems, just solutions.

Don’t let a bad day ruin your streak
The real challenge and test show up when you are tired, sleepy, hungry and not in a mood to work. This is when you feel the lowest and you still need to give your effort as any other day. How you feel is temporary it changes so keep that in mind the next time you start complaining or thinking about giving up. There will always be bad days, and in these bad days we must continue to work towards our goals. Don’t let a bad day ruin your streak, keep your fire lit like a charmander, if it goes out you die. Never let this fire be put out, keep it burning forever until your last breath.

No point in giving up
The fundamental rule of success is to never give up. Really there’s no point in giving up, if you give up you will 100% fail for sure, but if you don’t give up the chance of you failing isn’t 100%.There needs to be a constant flow of energy into the thing that you are trying to build, if you feed it with your energy frequently it's only a matter of time until you succeed. This means that consistency is a key pillar into making what's in our minds a reality, it makes sense because repetition is needed in order to solidify our skills.

Create your own barrier
We need to have some sort of barrier in order to protect us from bad habits. If in your head you have something of the sort “I will never to x until the day I die” then you have a barrier. Imagine having this sort of mentality with a big list of destructive habits. That would mean that it would be hard to decrease your level in life. Of course having a powerful barrier in itself isn't going to make you successful in life, but it is a guarantee that you won't be unsuccessful. This barrier that I’m talking about needs to be built by your will and mind in order to protect yourself from the sins of this world, actions that will decrease your level. So you should keep your barrier up at all times. You never know when someone or something will attack with what kind of temptation.

The devil's letuce
Weed, weed, weed. This is the most deceptive drug in my opinion, oh excuse me, cough cough plant not drug. It makes you happy for doing nothing essentially, it kills your drive to do something in life. At least this is how I felt. Weed is more harmful to the mind than it is to the body, it gives you happiness for doing nothing, it teaches your brain that you can have an easy and comfortable life and you don’t have to work hard to feel the rewards. Again I can only teach what I know and this is how I felt with this plant. Smoke, get high, feel happy, anxiety about the future, smoke and repeat. Seriously it is a dream killer, it makes you lazy, it destroys your will to do something meaningful, it kills your soul, yes that’s right it changes your soul, forget what I said about being more harmful for the mind than the body, this plant kills your soul, it blocks you from being the true you. Unlike with other substances where it is more obvious that they are very damaging, the scariest thing of weed is that it hides this, it makes us believe that it isn’t such a bad thing and it's not like alcohol or x drug that kills. Of course it's not as destructive to the body like A level drugs, but like I said its deceptive nature is the most dangerous aspect. It will kill your motivation, dreams and change your personality when you smoke it often.
